This is very nice! I think the level of the water could be lowered a bit more (or the spikes made larger) just so they're not tangent with one another. Colors are very vibrant, I like the pop of the magenta eye.

Very cool style. I really like the line work and the intricate details. It would be nice to see some drawn texture on the background as well, I think. Keep it up!
